Hello ppl..

I have done some changes about rank order within guild and this post states what they mean and what is asked of u to be the rank u have been given...

Officer

Well this is basically the old CL rank, they have the right to remove and invite ppl, raidleading and attend officermeetings for guildmanagement.


Raider

This is for the ppl that attend at least 3-4 raids a week, helpful towards other members and providing guild with what ever is needed. Raiders have prio on loot in raidinstances but that also means u have to fulfill what is asked.


Members

This rank is for u that know u can´t raid 3-4 times a week but u still want to be a part of it. U have lower prio on loot and if u feel ur gametime will increase then u talk to an officer and u´ll move to next rank..but that also means u have to fulfill whats asked.

Applicants

As before.. applicant means u have 2 weeks to show the guild how active u want to be and well u fit in with the ppl we have. As an applicant u should at least attend 2-3 raids a week and join groups so that we have a possibility to see how we work together.

Friends

This rank is for some of u that are only here for the friendship, maybe some pvp or just tagging along on instance runs now and then...since many of u are old friends we don´t wanna let u go. U have the lowest prio on loot and to attend raids.


Now if u have any questions about this talk to an officer or if u feel u have been placed in the wrong rank give us a shout...

remember progress and frendship is a good combination.....

Actually i suggested it along time ago in a very old thread...that one about bad things going on with the guidl and shiz...But Kow did it in more detail

None the less, very nicly done Thef and the officers, choices of who gets what rank fits in with exactly how i see it aswell

Great idea on ranks. Just wondered do we apply for the Raider rank or do you go on what you have seen we have done in the past on sign ups?

Officers will look at how much raids u attend and what u do with ur time outside..when it comes to groups and things..when u have been promoted u will have to show officers that u really want it or u´ll be demoted again...

Great work officers. I think this rank system seems very good and it's allso clear what they stand for.

I'm happy to see this great change, the old system were much more confusing.

I'd just like to add that new members will be recruited for the raider rank only, as that is the rank most important for guild progress, and the more people in this rank, the better off we are.

Sounds really good and very usefull, well done Thef + Team.

To be honest i like and dislike this new ranking system...

Positive: many more people will probably sign for raids (atleast for a while) And maby gruul will die
Negative: For people to stay as "raider" and have a chance on loot roll it all looks more like a "job" than fun.

and one other thing - maby a selfish thing to say, but i dont understand why i didnt get the "raider" status now. Ive used alot of time getting the guild flasks.. and i have been with you guys for many gruul attempts and downed hkm4times with you .. and i will keep going like this. But not getting "raider" now makes me alittle worried. how many hours of farming gold/matts do i need to do toget "raider" ? and i have signed alot...
My personal opinion is that i diserve it.. and if i need to struggle for MANY more hours to get it its a "job" .. that aint fun! please dont take this as wining/naging - and try to understand.
